I don't know how many mom's/families are interested in adoption or have adopted kids out there but last night I came across a fascinating movie trailer for a DVD coming out very soon called Adopted: The New American Family. www.adoptedthemovie.com
I highly recommend it for anyone interested in inter-country/multi-cultural adoptions. Or if you know of anyone that has adopted from China, Korea, Vietnam, etc. it could give them a bit of insight on how to help their children cope as they grow up on America.
