On the Upswing

I am feeling a lot better than I did a few days ago, and the encouragement from my online friends has been a big part of that.

I did get rid of one responsibility, which was to post once a week on the blog for the moms' group at church. They recently switched it to a group blog and, as much as I enjoy being a part of it, I feel like everything I write is for somebody else these days! Anyone Else Stressed Out?

It seems like every year around this time, I start feeling really stressed out and it seems to hang around until the holidays are over and we start the new year. I have learned that people who are depressed often have a worse time around the major holidays, and parents of special needs children can be especially stressed out at that time of year as well.
