We went and looked at an almost year old dog yesterday. It's a Border Collie/ German Shepard mix. We have two cats at home and for us was the right time to get a dog. After seeing the dog and the way it interacted with my girls and us, we made the choice to add him to our family. He is adorable. And we are really happy with him. The girls of course love playing with him and chasing him around, but he loves it too so it works out.

We have been homeschooling our two daughters for awhile. I've heard some say it was easy. Wow! At times I will admit it can be. However, there are times when it becomes difficult. Since the girls are at different age groups, they are at different levels of learning. It makes things challenging, but it is worth it when I see the smile on their faces when they learn something new or get a right answer with the particular subject they are doing.
