- I'm an empty nester. My sons are in their early 20's and college graduates. Through my experience as a parent and my background in education, I find it extremely rewarding to teach parent classes and coach parents on issues related to life/work balance and discipline. I'm also a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach and currently am working toward Master Coach Certification. I'm beginning to find my path as a writer and just finished a chapter for a book. The chapter is titled: "Escape from Mini-Van Madness".

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
