I am the Author of the Award winning book, My Feet Aren't Ugly, A Girl's Guide to Loving Herself From the Inside Out.

I mentor teens and Parents. Parents who are looking for the tools they need to guide their teens, while maintaining a close and honoring relationship.

I mentor teens to help them develop a strong sense of self, so they can become confident, successful and independent youth adults.

I have experienced both the years of being a tormented teens and a worried parent. It is through my compassion for both that I mentor through my heart.
