Kathleen and Anita, whenever new products become available for review, the company specifies to where they are willing to ship. Usually it's Canada and US. It's not up to me; rather, it's up to the person paying for shipping.

I would love the opportunity to review new things. Living in a small town with only a Wal-Mart and an independent way too expensive toy store I do not get to see the newest items until it is no longer new. It took me forever to realize you could buy a baby monitor with a screen to see the baby!
