I remember that stage well! I only had two ways of getting them to sleep at the same time and neither was ideal: 1) nursing them at the same time or 2) taking them out in the car. They used to fall asleep in their car seats and then I'd just click them into the stroller or shopping cart and run my errands. As they got older (around 2.5), I started rocking them in the same glider and then carrying them to the bed. Once they got too heavy for that... and I was pregnant again and couldn't lift heavy twins... I was able to teach them to stay in their own rooms to fall asleep on their own. That stage lasted for just over a year. Pure bliss!

I took advantage of their nap time to lay with them myself and give myself a break during the day from working at home. My girls loved to lay down with me and it got them on the same schedule. Now, as they get older (nearly 4) they don't even want naps.

Does anyone have any advice on getting multiples on the same napping schedule? My twins are 3 months old, and I desperately need to get them sleeping at the same time each day in the next month or so. Thanks!
